The stitches:
The two outer rows of stitches and the inner double diamond are worked over four fabric threads with steps up/down two fabric threads (4:2).
Reindeers are straight stitches, snowflakes are 8-pointed Rhodes stitch.
The threads:
Threads for the outer edge and inner diamond: DMC size 5 pearl thread color 820 (Royal Blue Very Dark) and Anchor size 5 perle thread color 311 (Tangerine Very Light).
Reindeers were worked in Anchor size 5 perle thread color 303 (Citrus Medium)
Rhode stitched snowflakes are Anchor size 5 perle thread color 2 (Antique White)

The stitch chart for each reindeer is the same.
Position placement of the three reindeer within the worked design is important in order to add the 8-pointed Rhode stitched snowflakes.
